Health is referred to as the most important things in our life which can hold the key for the span of your life. These days we see lots of machines taking the center stage for maintaining the health. Today we see the walking machines and many others such as thread mill etc.

A proper health of the body means correct working of all the sensory organs such as brain, nose, tongue, eyes and the feel from the skin and the other inner conditions such as correct working of the various systems inside our body.

The various systems inside our body are the respiratory system, digestive system, nervous system, reproductive system and all the other systems that tend to work in an exact manner if they are in a healthy condition or simply you can state that as the good engine condition of a machine.

Health is compared with the wealth. It is also said that health itself is wealth. If the body is healthy then there is no need to be afraid of anything in life. If the body itself is not healthy then it will be just like a fully corrupted or spoilt engine which further will be of no use for anyone from it. You need to spend many dollars on it to get it right.

Healthy mind is a workshop of the good thoughts and good deeds. Whereas an unhealthy mind is like a devil’s workshop. Healthy mind always thinks only about good things and good thoughts which come only from the healthy mind. So always be good and think good and only a good thinking can help a person to achieve greater deeds in his life.

One can term the word health as the state of body which does not get diseases very often or the body that is not prone for diseases. It is common with everyone dreaming to have a body with great shape. Getting that shape and body is not for free. It requires lots of hard work and dedication towards the activity one is undergoing to attain that shape.

If you can get the shape and fitness, that means you do not have to be scared of diseases any more. The shape and fitness comes only when you attain a good health. It does not mean that you have a great shape and you start having things that can cause problems to your health. You sweat it out and get the shape you want.

The things which are good will never come for free. This can be applied in the case of health also. If you want to stay healthy and do not want to get diseases then you need to control over your diet properly. If you can work out hard or you can go for good exercise then you can have a little excuse in your diet, only once in a while.

There are some people who are in great shape and fit naturally. They are the exemptions as almost eighty percent of the people are not like that. Never compare yourself with those people and worry about your health. You can control the health as well. Try doing all the available exercises or join gym and do not stop it any time until you attain the fitness you want. This can really help you in a long way and achieve the best results as far as your health is concerned. Unlike any other issues health could be really serious and need to be handled with care.

Human body is a complex system comprising of various muscles, tissues and bones. It’s an all-time functional system which operates even when we are sleeping. This is essential to keep the body running. Various processes such as respiration, blood circulation and internal organ functions are carried out without a prior notice to us. Failure of any one of these processes results in an imbalance in the human body and will lead to death. So keeping organs and their respective systems in balance is very essential. This can be done by achieving a good health.

Human body is just like a vehicle. A vehicle requires frequent change of oil, regular fuel input, proper maintenance and a visit to the garage to check if everything is working fine. Our body functions in a similar way. So it is necessary to take good care of the body. For a healthy body the first and foremost important task is timely food consumption.

Food must be consumed at least three times a day for a proper health. It must be consumed in small quantities to help digestion. It means that breakfast should be heavy and lunch a bit less and dinner quite low. An evening snack can also be consumed.
Proper exercises must be done from time to time to digest the food and to keep the body in a fit shape. Cleanliness should be maintained with proper hand wash before intake of any food. Bathing once a day is also necessary. This helps to prevent most of the diseases.

One must sleep at least 6-8 hours a day to keep the mind fresh. Timely sleep is as important as timely food intake. Fresh air is advisable. An evening walk lightens the mood and keeps the mind and body fresh. Clean air intake is very good. Smoking cigarettes and alcohol consumption should be avoided for proper functioning of the lungs and liver.
